Holistera Polyclinic faced significant challenges with an outdated patient data tracking system that lacked scalability, speed, and functionality.

This hindered their ability to effectively manage patient information and administrative tasks.

To address these issues, we developed a modern and efficient solution using Laravel Filament.

The new system was designed to be fast, responsive, and device-independent, ensuring seamless access across devices, while providing a sustainable and scalable solution for patient data management and administrative operations.

Goal

The goal of the project was to provide Poliklinika Holistera with a modern and scalable system for managing patient data, appointments, and administrative functions.

The new solution was intended to replace their outdated system and improve workflow efficiency, speed, and accessibility across different devices.

Challenge

The key challenge was the outdated patient tracking system, which lacked the scalability and functionality needed for a growing clinic.

The clinic needed a comprehensive solution that would integrate features like scheduling, report generation, and resource management while ensuring a user-friendly interface that could be accessed seamlessly on various devices.

Solution​

We developed a custom solution using Laravel Filament, focusing on creating a responsive and fast system.

The solution included a complete overhaul of how patient data was managed, with features that allowed for easy tracking and reporting.

The system integrated an interactive calendar, synced with Google Calendar to manage appointments, and provided an administration panel for managing offers, visits, reports, and partners.

Resource management, including templates for diagnoses, prescriptions, and price lists, was also incorporated.

We implemented features like fiskalization, internal notifications, and document scanning with crop and resize functionality, ensuring the system met the clinic’s needs while being efficient and accessible.

Result​

The new system significantly improved efficiency in managing patient information and administrative tasks.

It streamlined the clinic’s workflow, allowing staff to manage appointments, resources, and reports more effectively.

The system’s responsive design ensured accessibility across multiple devices, improving user experience for staff.
